Protect and easily identify reclaimed water irrigation system components with the 10 in. Round Standard Series Purple Valve Box and Cover. The durable valve box and designated lid are built with structural reinforcing ribs to protect components from the elements, pedestrian traffic, lawn care equipment and potential vandalism. Ideal for covering a single valve, control zone kit or other irrigation accessories. The round valve box includes a pipe hole to make direct irrigation pipe connections. The cover has a bolt hole and brass nut to lock down lid using a 1-3/4 in. X 5/16 in. bolt, (111BBX2, sold separately) and features 2 finger holes to twist open and remove lid for maintenance. Both the box and cover are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) using a combination of virgin and recycled material treated with UV inhibitors to prevent fading and cracking due to Sun exposure.
